Pressure in left temple, behind the eye and down the left side of head behind the ear. Tight muscles in neck. Allergy meds having no affect. Ideas?

See below: Might be sinus condition/infection. Sinusitis can refer pain to back of head besides usual sites of around eyes, cheek bones, base of nose, forehead.
