While some of the substances are present in a healthy diet, there is actually no reason you should be taking them in the form of a supplement. Should be fine: I don't see any significant problems taking all of these supplements. If you have any side effects, however, it may be a challenge to know which is the culprit. Yes: While more research is needed, there is a good amount of science on the benefits of each of these on neurologic function.
