My 7mo breath started smelling like acetone off and on for about a month now, seems fine otherwise. She is breastfeed with rice cereal and pureed vegs?

Maybe but...: Everyone's definition of "sweet" will smell different. There are multiple things that can cause a change in breath odor. A common thing is when people go long stretches without eating (a long work day for example).
