There is very little wax in my ears. My doctor prescribed acetic acid drops. What exactly do these do?

Not immediate: Ofloxacin ear drop is an antibacterial medication. You will not see/feel immediate relief in your ear symptoms when you begin to use it. If you are looking for pain relief, an otc pain reliever will likely work faster. Your ear wax may : have constant mild irritation, that you felt was "crawling inside". There should be nothing else in your ear canal.
