Why not working?: I hope you are using the pain/fever reducers for "comfort care" and not chasing numbers on the thermometer. Infant advil (ibuprofen) has the same ingredient as childrens only it is more concentrated. A maximum dose is: infant advil: 2.5ml every 8 hrs versus children's advil 5ml every 8 hrs. The Coricidin has acetaminophen in it so i wasn't sure if it was ok to take with anything else.
