Probably: If that is the only time you have taken that much Acetaminophen at once then you are likely going to be fine. Just don't do it again. Acetaminophen is toxic to your liver in high doses, and you took twice the maximum recommended dose. That is not good. But on the whole it was only 2/3 of what you can take in any 24 hour period. Taking extra pain medication usually doesn't help much, anyway. ...Read more
