Sprained ankle this evening went to doctors they said its sprained wrapped it in ace bandage n aircast is she to sleep in the air cast?

How long should I wear the compression bandage for? Sprained ankle 2 weeks ago. Still hurts a little not nearly as bad. Only A tiny bit swollen now

A good Start.: Still a little pain and swelling means that the ankle is still unstable. Two weeks is not enough time for a sprain of any substance. Ankle sprain: The decision to keep it wrapped or unwrapped at night is based on what is most comfortable while you sleep.
