Time will tell: At this stage only time will tel. Make sure you are followed by a physician and that your current enzyme levels go back to normal. After that then check them periodically with your physician. Hope this helps. ...Read more

Transaminitis: A small elevation in your liver enzymes while taking medications such as accutane is acceptable and not uncommon. There is no specific answer but levels would have to markedly elevated for some time to cause severe liver issues. ...Read more
