No problem: Two 65 mg pills, a standard size, will enter 130 mg so how did you get up to 325? More pills? Anyway your GI tract and body will easily deal with this and not cause anything but perhaps a darkening of your poop. ...Read more

Iron pills side fx: G I upset is a frequent side effect of oral iron. U might try and reduce the dose or hold the pills altogether for a few days and see if these symptoms resolve. Need more info: Your hemoglobin is still low and you likely need more treatment with iron. It is probable that your doctor has additional information that would be important in undertanding your whole health and not just the numbers.
