Acai Berry Suplement
I would not: Acai berries are fresh only if you live in brazil, otherwise they are heavily preserved. Small doses unlikely to be troublesome but people are taking acai as a weight loss supplement which requires heftier dosage. Our time nursing our children is limited. They don't care if we still carry extra weight; be patient if you can ; avoid unknown substances like this. Opinion only on my part. ...Read more
Have not: I have not tried them. But i suspect that dietary fiber may be how they work. 1 ounce of acai berry juice contains approximately 15.6 calories. The açai berry has about 247 calories per 100-grams. 50 grams of powdered acai pulp has about 26 grams of dietary fiber. Yes: If you are taking epo for a valid medical reason then acai should not be a problem. Having said that, be careful about the acai because it is almost all, if not all, imported and thus is suspect as to it's potency, authenticity and most importantly, it's purity. Do not buy supplements from any company that does not test all raw ingredients for these essential qualities. ...Read more

It is an interesting combination of ingredients. I presume you did some research before choosing them? If you feel it helps you then there is no reason that i know of not to continue with it. ...Read more
