Pinched Nerves: Swollen lymph nodes in the arm pit is a concern for a physician. It is possible there are two different pathologies or conditions going on here. From the picture, it looks like there is climbing which could explain shoulder blade pain radiating to the neck and might be a pinched nerve. Well...: If they are tender and have not been there for long AND there is nothing going on in the breast, I would venture to say they are inflammatory rather than cancer. That said, I'm a breast oncologist and have seen all sort of things so I would urge you to visit your doc as soon as you can for a good evaluation. Varies: There are a number of possibilities; from an enlarged lymph node, to a growth of a tumor or an infectious process among other possibilities. If it is red, painful, enlarging you should probably be seen immediately. If it is not, you could potentially moniter it and if it does not resolve over 4 weeks be seen. Probably unrelated: The lump under the chin could be an enlarged lymph node or swollen salivary gland and if it doesn't recede within a week or if it increases in size or new lumps appear, get examined by an ENT specialist. Dryness and cracks in a nipple aren't unusual but that and the tingling in the chest appears to be separate issues.
