What to do if i used abreva on a cold sore and instead of making it better it made my lip swell up?

Woke up with a bump on lower lip. After applying Abreva throughout the day the bump became a blister. Is Abreva working correctly?

Blister on my lip. First tried camphorated phenol for several days and then bought abreva for several more days. It's been 3 weeks what else can I use?
I thought i was getting a cold sore and got some abreva applied it and now its corren bigger and my lip is swollen where i thought the cold sore was.

Coldsore reaction (itchy under lip) 3 days ago. Abreva+LysinePills daily. 1st day-itch gone. No sore as of now but touchy when rub w/qtip. Gone? Help.
