Intergluteal rash: Two of most common rashes between buttocks are psoriasis & eczema/lichen simplex chronicus (lsc). Lsc results when itchy skin is rubbed/scratched & gets thicker, more scaly & itchier as a result. Topical treatments can help but all friction in the area must stop. Blot, not rub with towel.
