I am a 17 yr female I weigh 110 kilo and I have abnormally large breast is there something wrong with me?
Awaiting 6 month FU mammogram (cluster amorphous microcalcs L breast). L breast now abnormally larger than R, visible veins. Cud b cancer or hormonal?
Hormonal: microCa when more than 6-8 in tight region might represent DCIS but not invasive Ca which would show up for the most part as a lesion on mammo. Larger breast probably hormonal but visible veins might represent Mondors disease. Breast mass: Breast masses are quite common and could be cysts, fibroadenoma or adenocarcinoma--benign or malignant. In a 35 yrs old, it is likely a fibroadenoma which is a common benign (noncancerous) mass. It is typically recommended to have a baseline mammogram at 35 (then at 40 and then every other yr 'til 50), and yearly clinical breast exam. I would suggest getting an eval by doc.
