Tough question: Most important thing is to make sure you get proper follow up regarding those mirocalcifications. I think at some point you may end up having a stereotactic biopsy so that a pathologist can look at what's causing those microcalcs. Don't worry: Floating stools are caused by foods that you eat that cause gas production or could be from malabsorption/ not absorbing essential nutrients causing them to be passed in the stool and making the stool float .
