Ok my body is hurting everywhere n I get knots on my spine but I judt felt some on .y ribs so why could that be?

When I take a deep breath I get a pain in my back around the 4-5th rib on the right near my spine. Occasionally the pain goes around to the front
Pain in back spine: Likely costochondritis, especially if it hurts when touched- try motrin if not allergic 2 pills 2 a day x 7 days( stop for stomach pain) may be reflux, ( try prevecid) or musculoskeletal, rarely gallbladder if on right or a clot ,because of concern for a clot ( especially if you are on BCP), would go to urgent care doc today check d-dimer ( blood test). ...Read more
Localized pain, middle of back, left of spine under ribs. Has lasted several days. No change, but is worse when sitting and improves when standing.
This type of pain is: very aggravating. It is very likely musculoskeletal coming from a strain of the paralumbar supporting muscles .... but it could be referred pain from the kidneys, spleen, or even some irritation of the peritoneal lining of the abdomen near the stomach.
