Means nothing alone: In isolation from the patient story, lab tests mean nothing. This is especially true since we have no actual numbers. Thalassemia?: Low MCV (small sized) red cells with increased number of rbcs is most commonly seen with thalassemia, an inherited hemoglobin abnormality, but it is not associated with low neutrophils.
