Endometriosis : Endometriosis itself does not usually cause the kind of bleeding you describe, but it can be a contributing factor. With your history of abnormal pap smears you really need to see a good gynecologist right away to get the bottom of this problem and make sure you don't have a cancer causing the bleeding. ...Read more

No: Spotting for a day or so is likely to be the result of scraping the cervix for the PAP smear. If the spotting lasts longer than 3-4 days, it would be prudent to consult your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

It : It could have something to do with an abnormal pap smear. Abnormal pap smears indicate that there are abnormal cells detected on the cervix (which can spread or maybe a sign of hpv) doctors typically want to repeat an abnormal pap smear in 6 months. Since you have had horrible cramping, it is crucial you get this checked out. Pelvic cramping can be a sign of an infection, endometriosis, pelvic infammatory disease, etc. See a doctor. ...Read more

HPV does not: Affect menses, a pap will not tell you about the red spots and hpv is not leading to them. There is not a disease process that starts by red spots in the vagina but maybe you are looking too hard for fear of hpv. You may have small hemmorrages secondary to your anticouagulant and vaginal trauma from intercourse. ...Read more

Need exam: Any woman with post menopausal bleeding should be evaluated for possible endometrial carcinoma since you are on angeliq, (estradiol and drospirenone) you have been reducing the risk of endo ca.
