Does it make sense to do a 7t MRI brain scan in epi diagnostic if 1.5t shows no abnormalities. My epi developped on the 3rd day of life.

Not necessarily: Your question suggests that there was something that was found on a different scan (ie. X-ray or ct scan). The MRI is often done to further clarify the initial abnormal finding. Neuro complaints: Mozzy, MRI very sensitive to pick up tumor. If MRI neg for tumor, very unlikely you have one.
