It usually resolves itself, despite a large industry in sellers of helmets designed to reshape the head. Rarely, changes occur that are bony and the helmets would not help these cases of abnormal DEVELOPMENT.

If the abnormality is formed by the skull sutures fusing, so restricting the space inside the skull, then yes the brain can be hurt. Doubtful: this would require very soft bones indeed. A bone hromone problem taht severe would cause a lot of other problems. On the other hand PAGET'S disease causes more localized bone preoblmes often mainly in the head area. ...Read more
