No: It's a life threatening emergency to have a hole in ur stomach/bowel. It causes peritonitis and needs to be dealt with asap. The air that leaks can not penetrate all the layers of abdominal wall to escape through pores. ...Read more

Need more info: Was this an ultrasound or a hystersalpingogram? Usually, the uterus points forward. In about 10% of women, it points backwards. This is considered a variation of normal.
