Concerned: yes as a woman without means you should be concerned...try getting your church to help or any benevolent group--come to my office i would see you for gratis and a smile--you need a pap, probably pelvic ultrasound, a pregnancy test--at most go thru 2 more cycles--if still bad, please see somebody for help! ...Read more

Not necessarily: You would have no need for birth control if your tubes are blocked. Hormonals could be used to stop your menses altogether, as a convenience, or a touch up ablation might finish the job.I would discuss this with the gyn who did the procedure to see what might be best for your situation. ...Read more
