See GYN: You need to see a specialist for that, it could be a very simple problem, but needs to be checked by a GYN, for proper evaluation and treatment.

Maybe diverticulitis: There could be a lot of reasons for this but the first one I think it was the reticulitis. It would be best for you to see your physician and get this clarified. There are other conditions that can cause, discomfort. It may be a simple issue but it needs to be evaluated.

I have been feeling like I smell weird but I'm not sure. I have had swollen abdomen and also lots if lower back pain what could this be?

See a doctor ASAP: You don't provide much detail. But if you mean you have a smelly vaginal dsicahrge, and also pain in the lower abdomen (along with swelling), you may have pelvic inflammatory disease. PID is infection in the fallopian tubes, usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. Discharge with odor often is bacterial vaginosis, which often goes along with STDs and PID. See a doctor right away. Good luck!

Have CKD stage 3-Had UTI 1 mth ago went fine, now bad hip and low back pain goes up to the neck no swelling or fever, could be related to my kidneys?

Have CKD stage 3-Had UTI 1 mth ago went fine, now bad hip and low back pain goes up to the neck no swelling or fever, could be related to my kidneys?

Too complicated. .: Your symptoms may or may not be related. However, since you have CKD at the age of 48 yrs, I would anticipate that you have other medical problems as well. Unfortunately, this is really not the correct forum to try to tease out the cause of your symptoms-I would expect that you already have a Nephrologist as well as an internist/family doctor. PLEASE contact them for further evaluation. Best of luck

5'6, 127 lbs. Dx: o/a (r) knee from fall. Swelling ankle, top of foot, pain in toes (r foot), low back pain. Is this all related or something else?

Yes: If you have not injured yoursefl. When one joint in the body is not performing the way it should, the joints close to them pick up the slack. See your orhopod or rhuematologist who is taking care of you for further evaluation if needed.

I take voltaren (diclofenac) 2x/day for chronic low back pain. But I also have swelling in hand/foot/knee that it doesn't help. I'm late 30's.What else could it be?

I take voltaren (diclofenac) 2x/day for chronic low back pain. But I also have swelling in hand/foot/knee that it doesn't help. I'm late 30's.What else could it be?

Voltaren (diclofenac): I would go see a doctor if I were you. What you got could be due to many different things, and more pertinent history such as would be necessary to throw some possible causes at you. Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, arthritis due to inflammatory bowel disease or chronic hepatitis, or complex regional pain syndrome/rds are some of the possible causes. Voltaren (diclofenac) could be bad for your heart and kidneys.

Are abdominal "crunch" exercises the best way to keep from having low back pain?

Are abdominal "crunch" exercises the best way to keep from having low back pain?

Not exactly: Core strengthening including gentle crunches can be helpful in preventing low back pain. However, these need to be performed correctly and should be combined with an entire regimen designed to strengthen the core musculature.

I have lower back pain that shoots to my right hip and my right side of the abdomen and sometimes I feel my knees swell. What could it be?

Complex: Begin with finding the cause: strain, herniated disc, sciatica, kidney infection or stone, degenerative disk disease, etc. After physician determines the cause: surgery, pain medication and physical therapy can be planned if appropriate. Good luck.

Low abdomen discomfort low back pain and left groin pain all pain and discomfort on left side feel bloated or full all the time what could this be?

Low abdomen discomfort low back pain and left groin pain all pain and discomfort on left side feel bloated or full all the time what could this be?

NEED A WORKUP: Could be anything from a female issue such as ovarian cyst or muscle pull. I would see your gynecologist or primary physician as a first place to start. Back issues such as herniated discs or facet problems can also cause back and groin pain. You need a workup if this continues.

Lower back pain just above left buttock and hurts to arch back and then hurts around the side to the low left front abdomen area. What could this be?

Difficult to tell: Without physical exam, but it sounds like it could be facet arthopathy/arthritis. This can often be felt in the back on one side often with radiation around to the side of the flank or feel like a sharp stabbing pain from the back forward. You also have had a c-section, which could lead to different fascial strains or muscular issues that could produce this. I would recommend a good physical exam.

Burning pain in my low abdomen...with low back pain...not sever though...no other symptoms. Everything else normal?

Needs formal eval: Burning type pain can mean nerves being directly effected. Combining low back and abdominal distribution can mean a problem in the "retroperitoneal" area (behind the bowel, where the kidneys are). Some concerning problems can be there. So, you need formal evaluation of this. How long have you had it? This will make a difference to the doctor during your evaluation.

What could ot be starts from low back pain hips and then pain in abdomen below navel and right side pain? Os it appendecitis? Please help im anxious now

Maybe: It sounds like your symptoms could be related to one of several conditions. Most worrisome would be appendicitis or ovarian cyst. Both can cause serious conditions if untreated. Recommend going to urgent care where they can do labs, pshysival exam and ultrasound. Good luck!

I have symptoms of low back pain that radiates around to my lower abdominal area, what could that be?

I have symptoms of low back pain that radiates around to my lower abdominal area, what could that be?

Ovulating?: If it is approximately 10-14 days since the beginning of your last period, it is possible that this kind of pain is from ovulation and will pass in 24-48 hours. If you have fever or urinary symptoms or unusual vaginal discharge it could be something more serius.

Low back pain and soreness migrating to the sides of my abdominals had a 15 min massage the other day. Goes down to my glutes at time can it be renal?

Low back pain and soreness migrating to the sides of my abdominals had a 15 min massage the other day. Goes down to my glutes at time can it be renal?

Symptom Vs Cause: Sciatica is the symptom of leg pain caused by a disc herniation or narrowing where the nerve exits the spine. A disc herniation is a outpouching of the disc from its normal place into the spinal canal or on the nerve and can be a source of pain in the back or down the leg. The nerve then goes to the muscle which can then hurt, spasm or feel sore or irritated.
