If bladder attached to rectus abdominal muscle would that be causing pain on urination and retention. Have SPC even sore when use that.

Hard ?: It will be hard as you will need to do pushing and it will put a lot of additional stress on your belly muscles. I am not sure what can be done at this juncture. Epidural will probably take the pain away, but there will be more damage to the muscle after the delivery and obviously more pain.
