Abd pain: It would be best to see your Dr for checkup. The abd pain needs to be addressed, and this can only be done with exam. The left sided pain could be from colon, ovary, or even urinary problems, and this can only be sorted out with an exam and labs. Good luck. ...Read more

If : If the tests were performed in a teaching hospital is is normal for doctors in training to have their work confirmed by the attending physician. If the tests are very specific in nature it is not unusual for an initial screening be done by a general physician to ensure the study is adequate then passed onto a specialist for a more detailed reading. The fact that two physicians are reading should be of concern, if fact i would be more comfortable knowing that more than one person is looking at the studies. ...Read more

NO diagnosis yet!!: Your puzzle is still not solved. You need to develop a few paragraphs of all your issues and sit down with your doctor to put the pieces together. Make sure you do not hide any pieces due to shame or embarrassment because the list will be long. I suspect you have a myofascial tissue syndrome with the long history of aches and pain. Ie fibromyalgia. Fm is the most misunderstood treatable ailment. ...Read more

Highly variable: Would need more specifics, as abdominal trauma can affect many organs. Spleen injury, liver injury, pancreas injury, aorta injury, major vein injury, kidney injury, intestinal injury, etc. Depends on if trauma came from a car accident, knife, or gun shot injury. Pancreatic stricture: Symptoms that may result from a pancreatic stricture depend mostly on what is actually causing the structure. Certainly more pain and/or pancreatitis can occur from this.
