Maybe: Your pain is surely musculo-skeletal (not your heart). Posture could be an issue but at 29, you're old enough for costochondritis (a form of rheumatism). Have you tried an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)? For example: ibuprofen/Advil 400 mg every 4-6 hours with food as needed. Consider hernia: Can't diagnose simply from description, but often times hernias (where the bowel pokes through the normal muscle) can occur in the area you described, and can cause the same symptoms.
