Abdominal Pain When Sitting Down
Since yesterday I have a lower abdominal pain on right side. It come & go. I mostly feel it when sitting down.Doesn't pain when I do other work.

I suddenly have severe lower abdominal pain, in the middle. I can hardly walk. I tried sitting down and a sharp pain went up my backside (butt).
Would a hip impingement cause lower quadrant pain or abdominal pain ? Right above the crease of the leg when sitting down at all ?
Its possible: It reminds me of an elderly patient i had recently, who did not fall but complained of rlq abd pain for several days. On exam, pain was in the area you describe. On workup, we found a right hip fracture. Hard 2 say no exam: Classically right upper quadrant pain is suspected to come from the gall bladder, but it is hard to give a clear diagnosis without more history and an actual exam and maybe some lab tests or an ultrasound exam to look at the gall bladder.
