A "missed": Heartbeat is just a PAUSE after an EXTRA heart beat! Its called a "Palpitation" and the MOST COMMON CAUSE is ANXIETY!! Anxiety from the palpitation results in more palpitations! COOL IT! BTW "Lying down "waiting" for it is the best way to PRODUCE them!!

Normally, this occurs after breakfast and is considered normal, although, with less discomfort than what you may have. Each eating session resulting in a bathroom trip is definitely abnormal. Most likely...: All these can certainly upset your stomach especially the cheese and chocolate since they tend to irritate your to stomach. Stay away from caffeine, chocolate, sauces, spicy food, greasy foods while your stomach feels better. If you have diarrhea you could take Imodium or Pepto Bismol over the counter and for the irritation Zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid work well. If worse see your doctor for evaluation. ...Read more

What are you: Eating/drinking at lunch...that you do not eat/drink at breakfast or supper...look for such problems as LACTASE deficiency or GLUTEN sensitivity!

Hard to say: But if itrazonazole is a recently introduced drug, you should consider stopping it for a couple of days then resume it to see if the same symptoms occur. However your current symptoms may be from an infection (viral more likely), a drug reaction, or even food poisoning.
