Persistent abdomen pain near bottom left side,radiating upward toward Rib cage. Usually comes and goes,today won't go away. What can it be?

Chest/abd pain: Could be reflux, elevate head of bed , consider ranitidine one a day or previcid or both or may be gas or just nerve irritation. or could you have herniated a disc when cracking back?.
