Maybe: I'm not sure if I've hear this before but it is entirely possible if there is a timing correlation between when you drank it and the onset of your symptoms, that is likely the cause. Kombucha can be fairly acidic (pH of 2-3) because it contains by products of what is essentially fermentation. If you already have mild problems with acid reflux, kombucha could make it worse. ...Read more

I find it: Hard to find a "single" explanation for your symptoms. Therefore suggest you may have BOTH reflux and a UTI aand you can add Gallbladder problem as another possibility!

Generalized abdominal pain which "settles" in the right lower abdomen is pretty "classical"for acute APPENDICITIS. Not to alarm you but you need to go to an ER for evaluation if your PCP (Primary Care Provider) is unavailable now!
