That being said, certain people have unusual (but not serious) reactions to any number of drugs...Sort of falls into the saying "everyone is different". Generalized abdominal pain which "settles" in the right lower abdomen is pretty "classical"for acute APPENDICITIS. Not to alarm you but you need to go to an ER for evaluation if your PCP (Primary Care Provider) is unavailable now!
