Burning pain in left shoulder and abdomen. Has happened before and usually lasts 1hr-3hrs. Abdomen pain still prodominate.
They're the same: The left shoulder pain is "referred pain" from the abdomen. The nerve supply to part of the shoulder originates from the same location as the nerve supply to some abdominal structures. Could be stomach, pancreas, gallbladder etc. (NOT kidneys.) Get it checked out. It may be something that's not serious now but could get serious later.

I have constant pain behind lower left rib. Sometimes the whole rib area. And left shoulder blade.. Its not muscle or nerve. Also epigastric pain.?
See your doctor: Symptoms and concerns like these mandate a thorough evaluation by your doctor. Only after such an evaluation, which may include labs and radiographic examinations, can he/she let you know what's going on and how best to help you.
Stomach aches diarrhea had my gallbladder removed 4 months ago constant pain in the abdomen area have to go to the restroom everytime I eat?
Post op gallbladder: Diarrhea is an extremely rare side effect of gallbladder surgery. This is due to inadequate amount of bile to digest food. Medical supplementation of bile salts is always the answer but you need to see you doctor and rule out any other source of you pain such as a surgical complication.

Upper abdominal pain and discomfort w/ some chest area discomfort, burping, jaw/ear pain, nausea, diarrhea, grumbling stomach. What could symptoms be?
Upper abdominal pain & discomfort w/ some chest area discomfort, jaw/ear pain, burping, diarrhea, nausea, ER said it was a virus. What could be wrong?
Probably a combo: These symptoms could easily be the result of a virus that effects the stomach and GI tract or heartburn. However it is important to evaluate any patient who has chest pain and nausea for serious conditions like heart attacks. If the ER checked you for those conditions then it is very unlikely anything dangerous. Try to stay hydrated and return to ER if your condition worsens.
Fatigue, chronic hives, sharp upper abdominal pain-spreads to back, throat pain-adam's apple area, weightgain, &caffeine causes racing heart. What is this?
Pancreas: Upper abdominal pain that's radiates to the back is usually pancreatic in origin. You need a face to face meeting with a doctor to figure this out. I would start with a gastroenterologist.
Upper abdominal pain, yellow skin (hands, feet, face, eyes are white), yellow loose stools. Bilirubin normal, hida, abdominal ct, stool tests clean. This done by gi. What areas to investigate further?
Liver tests, enzymes: It's important to do liver function tests to check for hepatic injury or involvement as this can help discern the cause of the pain and yellow skin. Enzymes, especially pancreatic enzymes are also useful to help rule out pancreatitis, etc. There are other important markers, like hepatitis antigen/antibody (s), and anti-mitochondrial antibodies for primary biliary cirrhosis. Liver biopsy also.See 1 more doctor answer
Abdominal pan & back: You have upper abdominal pain that radiates to the back. Classically one could consider pancreatitis as a cause of this pain. Drug induced pancreatitis from Lasix (furosemide) among other drugs. You may also consider an ulcer, gastritis, cholocystitis, and colitis. These are what comes to mind. Your doctor will perform a thorough history and physical exam and may order tests to help you. Don't smoke.
Consultation advised: If this is a new problem you should you need to see a physician as soon as possible to examen you and diagnose and treat you. If this is a chronic problem see your physician for proper diagnosis and treatment; you can also have a consultation here at Health Tap which may be helpful. A video, voice only or INBOX text consultation is best. A text chat is not advised for this problem. Best wishes.
Depends: Without knowing more, it is difficult to say what the cause is, however it can be related to your gallbladder (gallstones) or stomach (ulcer disease). You should contact your pcp to gather more information and possibly run some tests like an ultrasound.
