Sudden steady upper abdominal pain 24 hours relieved a bit when lying down or reclined increases when sit up or stand pain radiates to chest & back?
Upper abdominal pain, under rib (left side), had egd, ultra sound, labs. All come back good. Mostly pain when laying down. Can this be a hernia?

if the answers to above are No....Try eating "lightly"over next 24hrs. I. no dairy spicy foods etc...be sure to drink water/teas etc so you don't get dehydrated....if no improvement, see your Dr.
