Urine culture..: Sometimes an initial urinalysis does not necessarily shows as positive but your clinical signs and symptoms might had strongly suggest a UTI in order for your doctor to treat you.In order to definitely know if this is related to kidney infection a culture needs to be done and might take 2-3 days to have a final result. Gallbladder, liver, duodenal, colon problems can present that way. Rarely referred pain from pelvic/gyn organs can manifest that way too. Don't know what evaluation you had.
