On exam, there is rlq tenderness. If the appendix has ruptured, pain and tenderness may be throughout the abdomen. Labs generally show elevated white blood count. Can gallstones cause left sided upper abdominal pain? Pain comes and oes and does not seem to be food related but ultrasound dies show that I have one

Yes: Its not the classic presentation but gallstones can cause pain in several locations. I would make sure you don't have pain from other causes before removing your gallbladder so that you are not subject to an unnecessary operation, but if the workup of your pain reveals no other source than the stones, you would be a candidate for gallbladder removal. ...Read more

I have constipation. But, everytime I constipate and the poo doesn't come out, I will have stomach ache on the lower left side.?

Abdominal cramping.: Pain in the left lower side of the abdomen when straining to pass a stool is not unusual. You're probably experiencing spasm of the colon as you are trying to evacuate the stool.
