Most likely a small umbilical hernia with omentum caught in the muscle defect (causing pain). Not urgent, unless pain gets worse. As uterus gets larger, chance of intestines getting caught would be even less.
Could also just be peri-umbilical muscle stretching.

Maybe: It depends on how long you've been on the medication and what you're doing to watch his diet to make sure that the food doesn't have a lot of acid or upset his stomach in anyway.
