Could be anything: Many things can give you the presentation- from as common as constipation, ileus, partial obstruction of colon, tumor etc. If you do have constipation, get some otc medication ( miralax, (polyethylene glycol) colace, sennokot etc) to help , drink more water , and eat more fibre, vegetable , fruits.
