Post-op check: If a post-op visit was done, was there pain during the pelivc exam? Did the physician give advice? If it was not done or the surgeon who performed the tubal ligation was not seen, may be time to go back. Obtain records of the operation (op note, in particular). Maybe: Your workup is incomplete. This could be endometriosis as well. You need much more blood work and likely a pelvic US to help determine if PCOs or something else.
