These should be self-limited & only last a few days without blood in vomit, high fevers or other concerning sx. Most important to ensure hydration-small, frequent sips (no alcohol or caffeinated drinks). Stop non-prescribed nsaid's (aspiriin, advil, aleve, motrin, etc.) & consider acid reducer Rx (Prilosec, Prevacid, Nexium, (esomeprazole) etc.).
