I am experiencing diarrhea (quality: severe). The following also describe me: Passing gas, Frequent stools, Stomach cramps, Stomach upset, Upper abdominal pain, Body aches, and Abdominal discomfort. What should I do?

Headache, fever, chills, abdominal pain, mild diarreah, body aches, bad nausea for almost 24 hours, able to eat toast, can this be a mild stomach flu?
It it has not resolved in 2-3 days, you may wish to consult your doctor. In the mean time make sure you drink enough liquids to keep hydrated. You may take over the counter medication like Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and pain.
