Appendicitis: Evaluating abdominal pain is like solving a mystery. There are usually many different possibilities, which can be narrowed down by asking the right questions, doing a careful examination, performing simple blood tests+/- radiology tests. Constant rlq abdominal pain needs to be approached as "appendicitis until proven otherwise" due to the risks of no treatment. Please see a doctor asap.

Appendicitis?: Pain and tenderness at the area you mentioned suggests appendicitis could be possible. You need to be seen by a doctor ASAP. It may be something else, but a ruptured appendix can be a serious and even potentially life-threatening condition. Go to your doctor or an emergency room immediately.

I have a belly button pain on right side, acid reflux, growling abdomen, pain under right rib cage?
11year old gets sick every 3 months. Abdomen pain near belly button. Feels nauseated, vomits mucous, last episode 3 months ago: lower GI bleed. Now again?
See GI doc: A number of things could cause these symptoms. A meckel's diverticulum comes to mind. This is an abnormal area in the intestine that occurs during fetal development. It can cause symptoms that come and go, including pain and GI bleeding. A doctor who specializes in the digestive tract (gastroenterologist) might be the right person to figure out what's going on. Ask your provider to refer you!

I'm having pelvic back and low abdomen pain for about 3 days now. I have a 99.8 fever. Also pain around the belly button. Stomach is hard and swollen.
See a doctor ASAP!: There are several possibilities for symptoms like these, many of them potentially serious. If you are sexually active, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection) due to chlamydia or gonorrhea is high on the list. Others include appendicitis, severe urinary tract infection, diverticulitis, endometriosis, infected ovarian cyst, and others. Don't mess around with this: get care now!
Lower abdomen pain below belly button trailing right through intestinal. 7 hours radiates from discomfort to high. Nausea and 101 fever?
Appendicitis: If you have your appendix, you may not by tomorrow morning. This description sounds very suspicious for acute appendicitis. If you already have fever as you report, you may be close to rupture if not already. You need to get yourself to an emergency room tonight. I'd prefer someone drive you or call ambulance. Don't wait any longer - go now!
I've been having episodes of severe abdomen pain on the rght side underneath my ribs and centre above my belly button CRP was 114 ALT 340 recent blood tests now normal liver scan booked what is wrong?
? Gall gall bladder: I would go immediately to an ultrasound of the gall bladder if you have not had that. If it is negative, you should have a hida nuclear medicine scan to look for biliary dyskinesia. If either are positive, you should see a surgeon about a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. If negative, you should see a GI specialist for further evaluation.See 2 more doctor answers

Having pain above my belly button for 3 days now. It feels like a stomach ache. It has moved to under my belly button and a little bit on the right.?
Belly-button pain: Belly-button (umbilical) pain may originate locally due to infection or herniation, or be "referred" from another abdominal location like the appendix. Signs/symptoms of concern include: local redness ; drainage, umbilical bulging that can't be reduced with gentle pressure, fever, vomiting, change in bowels, generalized abdominal tenderness (suggests peritonitis), worsening pain. Pls get checked.
9 year old has stomach aches around belly button. Dr says reflux and prescribed PPI but doesn't help. Could it be something more serious? Not H.pylori
Maybe: It depends on how long you've been on the medication and what you're doing to watch his diet to make sure that the food doesn't have a lot of acid or upset his stomach in anyway. Giving him a bland diet for 7 to 10 days would be beneficial. If the pain gets worse or doesn't get better than return as soon as possible to the doctor that prescribed the medication. Good luck.See 1 more doctor answer
Went Dr. Yesterday tested H. pylori. Said con't Prilosec 2 months. Can stomach aches morning below belly button be related to ulcer or acid reflux?
Probably not related: Pain from reflux or an ulcer is most typically felt in the upper abdomen near the rib cage or just behind the breastbone. Pain in the lower abdomen below navel would be a very unusual place to feel it. Hard to say what might be the cause however as details are few. Best to mention this to your doctor.
I've been getting at least one or two stomach aches a day for the past four months. The pain is in every different part of my abdomen. What is wrong?
See doctor: This needs a direct exam and testing by a doctor. It is not normal. Endometriosis is one thing which came to my mind.
