Honestly : Honestly the best thing in your case is to follow up with your doctor. After careful review of the ct hopefully he/she can pinpoint the problem. It may need to be repeated, or other diuagnostic testing may be in order. If a diagnosis can't be made, a general surgery consult is not a bad idea to explore surgical diagnostic options if deemed appropriate. In the meantime make sure that your doctor manages your pain. There are usually many different possibilities, which can be narrowed down by asking the right questions, doing a careful examination, performing simple blood tests+/- radiology tests.
