Stomach cramps: This does not sound like anxiety. It is worse at night because there is more distraction in the daytime. Gas and bloating is one possibility. Get this treated.

Anxiety attack: You may be having panic attacks which are usually fast short breathing, nause, heart racing and sweatiness. Although you may not be perceiving stress you are probably stressed about your exam. I would speak to your doctor.

Lots of issues: There are a lot of issues that you bring up that should be evaluated by a physician. Trouble breathing can go with asthma or possibly something cardiac. Multiple reasons why your belly might hurt, the painful urination can go with a UTI. Get evaluated.

See doctor: If you suffer from breathing problem, you need to get examined by a doctor. Although the scratchy throat and stomach ache might be from a viral infection, one needs to rule out the presence of pneumonia as well.

I am having severe upper abdominal pain and nausea which gets worse when I eat or drink and is accompanied by dyspnea. What could be causing this?

Possible biliary colic: Pain and discomfort described may suggest gerd, peptic ulcer disease, or a gallbladder condition. You should seek evaluation by your primary care physician or possibly a gastroenterologist. They may suggest an abdominal ultrasound and possibly a esophagogastroduodenoscopies (egd).

Doctor can check now: Abdominal pain can be from many things. Stomach acid problems cause pain, as does pancreatitis or gallstones. Appendicitis is always a concern (pain is usually right lower abdomen, worsens over time, with fever coming on). If constipated for a while, stool could have backed up and cause pain. Gastrointestinal infections can cause pain, nausea, vomiting, and fever. A doctor's exam is needed.

What lymphatic disease causes uticaria, difficulty breathing, palpitations, flushing, nausea and abdominal pain?

What lymphatic disease causes uticaria, difficulty breathing, palpitations, flushing, nausea and abdominal pain?

Not a quiz!!: Can't just fit those symptoms into a disease and call it a lymphatic disease, those symptoms are common to some different disorders, mastocytosis is one, but is it the diagnosis? We don't know, proper management = proper diagnosis, hence right treatment for the condition proven/suspected, your best option, as I see it, would be seeking help in a tetriary care/teaching or university hospital,

M.D. visit: Since you have abd pain, difficulty breathing and a cough, these symptoms may indicate that you have pneumonia. Pneumonia does not necessarily mean that you have a bacterial illness, but this sometimes does occur following a viral illness. Please see you physician and a virtual consult is also available on follow up.
