I am experiencing bloating or abdominal fullness, lower abdominal pain and rectal bleeding. The following also describes me: Diarrhea. The pain has been for about a week.?
Need to examine:
Bleeding from the lower end needs to be evaluated by a physical examination. It is likely to be hemorrhoids, however, even that needs to be addressed by a doctor and you should see one.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Concerning: Rectal bleeding is always a concern, and could represent many different diseases including cancer, although at 19 years that is very unlikely. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your liver enzyme results suggest an issue with the liver. It is good that you will be seeing a GI specialist as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you.

Bleeding in stool warrants an examination. It may be as simple as hemorrhoids, but you owe it to yourself to get checked out. Take fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless.
