Have endometriosis&lower abdominal pain. Was on cont.Bc for 5yrs then had problems again, now on depo.Bleed whenever have sex or orgasm.Why&what to do?

Went off birth control and the past month I've had; pain after orgasm, sharp abdominal pain/cramps, dizzy, and now have a UTI. Is this serious?
