Strong left abdominal pain after surg abortion. Took 4 azithromycin and 3 days 500mg metronidazole. What is causing this pain? Night sweats as well.
Lower abdominal pain 12 days after surgical abortion. Bleeded normally for few days. Now no bleeding just pain started today?
Possible infection?: At 12 days post abortion the most important question to answer is "is there an infection in the uterus? " some physicians would treat empirically, others would do culture.
