For the past three days I've had lower abdominal pain. I'ts had a sharp pain that comes and goes slightly above and to the right of my bellybutton?

N\you need to see a doctor to see if you have some type of skin infection that needs to be treated with oral antibiotics. Since you are one year after appendectomy, it would seem highly unlikely that a problem would occur at the umbilicus now due to the prior surgery. ...Read more

Likely not related: May have infection of the skin around the umbilicus (belly button). Less commonly a congenital remnant called a urachus can get infected and drain into the belly button. Best to see your doctor. ...Read more
