I'm 10w5d pregnant. Today m having a kind of stomach ache specially lower abdomen. What can the cause be? What advice do u give?
Other symptoms?: Constipation is more common in pregnancy and can cause this. Any urinary symptoms? A urinary tract infection can also cause this as can a stomach bug. It can just be the stretching of the uterus. If you are also spotting this can be a threatened miscarriage. Rest and if it persists, check with your doctor.

Being Pregnant: You failed to ask a question. But, your statement is a good definition of the last month of pregnancy.
Only if needed: Lidocaine has been assigned to pregnancy category b by the fda. Animal studies have failed to reveal evidence of fetal harm. It is widely used for procedures during pregnancy but it does cross the placemta and enter the fetal bloodstream. Lidocaine should only be given during pregnancy when needed. Small amounts are probably ok. Ask your OB doc.See 1 more doctor answer

I'm 36 weeks pregnancy can I use icy hot pain relieving cream on my lower back and under my stomach?
36 weeks pregnant! Off and on abdominal pain and cramps. Is this signs of labor? Baby is very active, more then usual.
Braxton Hicks: The off and on abdominal pains are Braxton Hicks contractions that are the rehearsal for the real labor when the pains will be timed at increasingly shorter intervals. When those intervals are timed x 5 minutes or less, and you no longer can walk talk laugh or breath, it is time to call your OB MD for labor instructions.See 1 more doctor answer

A crowded venue: At 36 weeks there isn't very much room between baby and any vaginal visitors. Try changing positions either to a lateral position or female superior. Gentleness by your partner is tantamount at this stage. Remember that women are the "superior sex."
Go to your doctor: See your doctor for an evaluation.Get a more detailed answer ›
Normal: It is very common to have pressure in the pelvis and abdomen at 36 weeks pregnant. If you think you are having contractions, call your doctor! If you are spotting or think you might be leaking amniotic fluid, call you doctor! If it's just pressure, try resting. Drink some water. Use an exercise ball to lean / rock on.

36 weeks 2 days pregnant and had very slimey thick odorless mucuos come out today, pain in abdominal and lower back what could this mean?
Maybe early labor: At this time in pregnancy you could lose your mucous plug, and you could be feeling cramps as the birth canal begins to thin and soften in preparation for labor. However, this could be signs of premature labor, maybe a urinary tract infection, and should be immediately checked out by your obstetrician.See 1 more doctor answer
