Keep working out: As you become more fit you should experience less pain with the same intensity workout. If the cramps continue see an orthopaedic surgeon who will evaluate you for a possible abdominal wall herniation from your c-section. Check calcium level : My first thought would be that your calcium levels or thyroid hormone levels are not right. I's possible to have long lasting drop in calcium after a thyroidectomy. Please ask your pmd or surgeon if these have been checked recently, if they are off, these levels should be corrected. If these levels are normal it may just be coincidental to the thyroid surgery and would need en exam and work up. ...Read more
