This is embarrassing but when I sit down to deficate or ejaculate I get horrible lower abdomen muscle cramps. Is the cause pushing or what? Thanks.
Multifactorial: Assuming you are talking about activity related cramps, i would say that the two most likely causes are electrolyte(salts) imbalance and poor hydration.
