If the cramps continue see an orthopaedic surgeon who will evaluate you for a possible abdominal wall herniation from your c-section. I am not sure how taking 21 pills at one times is an accident. But, I do not think one needs to get to the er yet. Lots of water is suggested and rest. If your symptoms worsen you may want to consult your family physician.

Possibly: Athough any medicine can cause almost any possible side effect, having muscle cramps result from a drug allergy would be on the unusual side. That being said, the statins for high cholesterol can cause muscle pain. But that isn't an allergy. Nevertheless, I would think about other possibilities first.
