Keep working out: As you become more fit you should experience less pain with the same intensity workout. If the cramps continue see an orthopaedic surgeon who will evaluate you for a possible abdominal wall herniation from your c-section. 21 pills: I am not sure how taking 21 pills at one times is an accident. But, I do not think one needs to get to the er yet. Lots of water is suggested and rest.
